  1. Stepping into this notary’s office was like walking into a carnival hall of chaos, where reflection and reality performed an erratic dance. The image of a smooth transaction was shattered by the unsettling presence of incompetence, inefficiency, unprofessionalism, and errors. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a bewildering experience that left my expectations in disarray.
